It was brand-new, big and with a view. The location for Buenos Aires was particularly good and amazing, very close to Buenos Aires and shopping areas and buses. The service here was good👌

Spacious loft, lovely view, great for being moments away from central monuments like Plaza de Mayo and equipped with a tv and air conditioning.

Htl 9 de julio bsas has spacious rooms that felt mad really like little apartments. I loved the view over the lively avenue. It's really close to the center, and the breakfast was awesome! The staff was friendly and super helpful . Definitely a highlight.

Cool hotel in an excellent and fantastic location to the major sites. Stylish, modern room with a private bathroom and hairdryers, a bidet and bath sheets. Nice bed, thoughtful personnel at the reception desk. Location very close to the taxi to from airport.

The spacious loft-style room features a clever layout with the bedroom on a mezzanine. Loved the view of Avenida 9 de Julio, especially at night, and the breakfast trolley brought to the room added a nice touch to the stay.
Unfortunately, the noise from the bustling avenue was tremendously disruptive at night due to the poor soundproofing in the windows. The amenities felt a bit outdated. The shower and bathroom tiles needed a thorough cleaning. Despite the hotel's location near downtown attractions, walking past piles of litter near the entrance was a less than pleasant sight. Lastly, communication around late checkouts seemed poorly organized.
